We ship internationally. We strive to provide our community with the best possible online shopping experience. This is why we partner with only the best freight companies to ensure you receive the quickest and most efficient delivery times possible. 

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing an order. If you haven’t received it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. If you can’t find order confirmation email anywhere, contact us at contact@rigorer.store with the email and phone number you used to place your order.

Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to be processed. Once the order is packed and shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number of your order. Please give up to 2 working days for the tracking number to show any activity on Fedex, Janio or Qxpress.

Orders are processed and shipped 5 days a week (Monday – Friday), except on International Public Holidays.

Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your delivery location.

Duties & Taxes

International orders can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.
