Returns & Exchanges

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days upon receipt of purchase – no questions asked! 

To initiate a return, please contact us via our live chat or email us at and advice us which following return options you fall under as listed below:

1. Received the wrong products / damaged and defective products

  • If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging.
  • We would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.
  • You may be asked to ship the products back to us and in this situation, delivery costs will be borne by us. We will reimburse for postage/shipping fees incurred as refund in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.
  • Upon receiving the the wrong products/damaged and defective products, we will ship you a replacement the next working day.
  • For Singapore buyer, you may choose to come down to our showroom to do the replacement if this is a better option for you. (Scheduled appointment has to be made beforehand)


2. Exchanges

  • If the size is not right for you or you do not like the colour of the product, you can do an exchange with us. Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style. 
  • Do note that exchanging of products are only applicable to Singapore buyer. You may choose to come down to our showroom to do the exchange or ship us back the product via tracked delivery/postage (Delivery costs will be borne by you) and upon us receiving the product, we will ship out your preferred product without any additional cost.
  • For international buyer, we recommend to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.

3. Refunds for products due to change of mind
We will refund the full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us less the shipping/delivery charges (Varies across countries). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase. In such situation, please note that the shipping/delivery costs will be borne by you and we highly recommend you to use tracked shipping/delivery as we cannot process the return if the parcel is lost.

Please note the following limitations:
Sale/Discounted items below $15 and Custom made orders are FINAL SALE! They are non-refundable and exchangeable. 

General Return Conditions
In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
  • The return process must be initiated within 15 days after receipt of purchase.
  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
  • Apparel must have the original packaging and original tags attached.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging. Accessories must remain sealed if it comes in a sealed packaging.
    Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
    If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:
    • Obtained from a source other than
    • Damaged by abuse or negligence
    • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
